MSK Advisory, Inc. focuses on providing analytical services to owners, managers and operators of commercial real estate.  Potential projects include: Property Due Diligence, Portfolio Management, Fund and Property Model Construction, Budgeting or Forecasting, Investor Reporting, Fund Analytics and Deal Underwriting.

The Shiner Group/ Shiner Capital Partners

Served as the asset management contact for 14 retail properties.  Communicated with JV partners in order to prepare quarterly investor reports as well as property level models for two Real Estate Funds.  By contributing to the creation of property related documents, I assisted the team with potential investors.  Furthermore, I tracked portfolio performance including property roll-ups and metrics for Fund I and Fund II.

General Growth Properties

Responsible for development pro forma, acquisition analysis and property refinancings for the internal finance department. Rapidly progressed through the organization and lead the newly created Asset Management Analysis team that was charged with creating ad hoc financial analyses to support Asset Management.  After maternity leave, returned as a part-time Senior Analyst to initially support the Financial Measurement and Reporting needs of the Sustainability group at GGP and later to work within GGP’s Treasury department on quarterly compliance reporting, debt modeling and ad hoc capital markets assignments.

Prudential Mortgage Capital Company

Assisted in the origination of fourteen commercial real estate mortgages of nearly $1.4 billion, which includes the due diligence, valuation, underwriting and research of retail, multi- family, office and industrial properties nationwide.  Worked with large institutional borrowers such as pension funds, real estate developers and REITS in order to match their needs with the most appropriate capital source. Worked way up through the organization from Analyst to Senior Analyst to Junior Associate by achieving superior reviews and praise internally and externally.

Arthur Anderson, LLP

Engaged primarily in commercial real estate appraisals, which included analysis of retail, office and industrial properties nationwide.  Work included financial modeling, report writing and in-depth research of national and local markets.   Further responsibilities and knowledge include team management, lease briefing and proficient knowledge of Argus financial software.  Secondary responsibilities include coordination of Indiana University recruiting activities for the Valuation Services Group.
